Order processing
We pack and ship Monday–Friday from our warehouse. Most orders leave within 1 business day. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your package is handed to the carrier.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. If yours doesn't arrive in the expected window, email support@hellohoppi.com — we'll find it or replace it.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, it's the carrier's responsibility. But we'll always help file a claim and we'll send a replacement if it's truly lost. We've got your back.
Address changes
Need to update a shipping address? Email support@hellohoppi.com within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, we may have already shipped.
International duties & taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes assessed by their country's customs authority. These are not included in shipping costs.
